The materials contain a developed professional chart and profile of the profession of police patrol police and the empirical results of psychological testing of employees, which became the basis for writing this work. The available material takes into account the organizational and legislative changes that have taken place in the process of law enforcement reform, contains recommendations that can be applied by practical psychologists and police commission specialists in the selection and certification of patrol police personnel.
