The purpose of the work is to create a self-lubricating composite material of optimum composition, intended for dry air work. Research methods - metallographic, X-ray, tribotechnical testing of materials. The dependence of the tribotechnical characteristics of the friction pairs on the composition of the solid lubricant and the material of the counter in a wide range of sliding and pressure velocities, as well as their dependence on the micromechanical characteristics of the secondary lubricating films synthesized on the surface of the material, were determined. The phase composition and structural state of titanium-based composite materials and secondary lubricants were investigated, as well as the interaction of structural components of titanium-based composite material in vacuum at 1150 0 C. New tribotechnical self-lubricating titanium-based composite materials containing MoS2, MoSe2, CaF2, and BN solid oils have been developed. Based on the results of studies, it is found that titanium-based materials are promising as tribotechnical under conditions of increased (15m / s) sliding speed and low pressure, when their friction coefficient is 0.28-0.34 and wear is within 1.91 - 68.3 mg / km Product Description popup.authors Varchenko Viktor T Kostenko Oleksiy D.
