The purpose of the work is to determine the conditions for optimal heating by microwave radiation with a stochastically jumping phase (MVISSF) of a fully ionized plasma in systems with magnetic confinement. Optimization of gas discharge to obtain optical radiation. Calculation of the distribution function of charged particles heated by MWRSSP. The main scientific results are as follows: The conditions for creating an effective low-pressure discharge initiated by radiation of a stochastically jumping phase are determined for the first time. High discharge efficiency is due to the absence of costs for elastic and inelastic collisions as a result of collisionless heating of electrons and the effective penetration of electromagnetic radiation into a dense plasma. For the first time, the plasma density in a low-pressure discharge initiated by MWRSSP was measured using the original method developed by the authors of the report for using double probes, a separate constant voltage source, high-frequency transformers, a digital oscilloscope and processing MWRSSP signals using the least squares method using a special kind of basic functions.
