The purpose of the work is to substantiate the need for monitoring of antibiotic resistance in microorganisms that contaminate the raw materials and products of the agroindustrial complex in order to improve the system of antibiotic use in veterinary medicine. Research methods: microbiological, serological, biological, molecular-genetic, clinical mathematical and statistical. The planned studies are fully implemented. In particular, we studied the ways of antibiotic migration in surface waters. Antimicrobials in the surface waters have several ways of developing the process: lethal interaction of antibiotics with hydrobionts and the elimination of sensitive taxa, change of trophic chains; neutralization of antimicrobials (self-destruction of the molecule, hydrolysis, sorption, abiotic and biotic transformation); non-lethal interaction of antibiotics and hydrobionts with the acquisition of antibiotic resistance signs). Stationary and dynamic chamber models are proposed to model the impact of the antimicrobial agent on the aquatic ecosystem. The biological properties of isolates of enterobacteria (Salmonella spp., Escherichia coli) isolated from different sites were investigated. Formation of collection of antibiotic resistant microorganism strains is completed (isolated, described, transferred to long-term storage and certified). Selected, investigated, and characterized by cultural-morphological, enzymatic, antigenic, pathogenic properties and sensitivity to antibacterial drugs, lyophilized were dried and certified 10 isolates of Salmonella spp. serovariants of S. gallinarum-pullorum, S. dublin, S. enteritidis, S. typhimurium, S. virchow, S. muenchen, S. rare species.
