The subject of the study is a modern computer information and management decision support system for nuclear and radiation accidents for agriculture in Ukraine. A modern computer-based information-management decision support system for nuclear and radiation accidents for Ukrainian agriculture was created and implemented with a database of descriptions of protective measures / countermeasures to eliminate the consequences of nuclear and radiation accidents based on the methodology of the European EURANOS system in accordance with the new basic standards of IAEA and given the specificity of our country. The system is implemented in the form of a guide, which covers the main aspects that must be considered for decision making: Regulatory - reference base; Assessment of radioecological situation; Collection and storage of radioecological information; Analysis of radioecological situation; Protective measures (counter measures); Decision support system. The system has a large number of references to basic documents: regulatory literature, methods, standards, publications, the latest developments of domestic and foreign scientists and other sources. When creating the system, the most basic approaches to optimizing the application of protective measures in the event of nuclear and radiation accidents were developed; review of methods and standards for determining radionuclide content; A system for collecting, storing radioecological information and analyzing the suitability for food consumption has been developed. The system presents a large database of protective measures(countermeasures) adapted to Ukraine based on the European EURANOS system.
