The aim is to conduct scientific and technical expertise and provide expert opinion. The examination was conducted using of legislative documents in force which are applicable in the fields of exploration and mining, production and exploratory drilling, transportation and storage of oil and gas, supply of natural and liquefied gas to consumers with in the territory of Ukraine, legislative and regulatory sources on the organization and maintenance of accounting and tax accounting, scientific, technical and reference literature. The experts chosen the evaluation criteria of formation of economic benefits from the costs incurred to support for the operating condition of the research objects. The attribution of the repairs specified in the Uniform Classifier of Works performed during the maintenance and repair of fixed assets of the "Naftogaz" Group to current or capital expenditures generally meets the regulatory requirements. On the basis of proposals and additions to this document JSC "Ukrtransgas '(letter 20.03.19 № 1001ВИХ-Н-19-379), JSC "UkrTransNafta' (letter 19.03. 19 № 29-00/96/1222) the expert conclusions regarding individual proposals are presented in the summary tables.
