Description

The algorithm for local formulary creating and putting into practice of health institutions has been improved. There have been developed methodological recommendations for the step-by-step technique of ABC / VEN analysis of the effectiveness of drug procurement with the use of Microsoft Office Excel. There have been developed methods for determining the needs in drugs for the first year of medium-term budget forecasting (2020), the second and third years (2021 - 2022). Based on the current National Formulary and National List of the main drugs, there has been developed the standardized form of the local formulary. The instructions for filling in ‘Local Drug Formulary’ spreadsheet have been developed.
