The use of intraoperative irrigation with enterosorption, programmed lavage of the abdominal cavity, the correction of immunodeficiency in the combination treatment made it possible to reduce the overall mortality by 1.6 times. The proposed diagnostic and treatment programs in patients with acute small intestinal obstruction and large bowel obstruction of the tumor genesis, as well as the use of intraoperative techniques helped increase the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of this category of patients. The developed method of anastomosis with the use of precision technique and protection of anastomoses with temporary intestinal antimicrobial endoprotectors of polyvinyl alcohol is proved to be 2.39 times more effective than the anastomoses without protection. The use of new generation nitric oxide and application sorbent in the combination treatment of CVD in the stage of trophic ulcers in elderly and senile persons accelerates the time of ulcer detersion by 1.7 times.
