It is shown that the use of CNTs with different specific surfaces and their modified oxygen and nitrogen forms for fiberglass reinforcement leads to an increase in their tensile strength characteristics by 48-52% and changes in the absorption and reflection coefficients of composite materials in the frequency range of 8-80 GHz. Reinforcement of rolled materials with TGT by the introduction of CNT into an aqueous solution of acrylic copolymer, using surfactant ethoxylate of isodecyl alcohol as a surfactant, allowed to obtain a composite of TPT-0.1% CNT, for which the recovery under compression conditions increases by foil by 17%, and for stuffing - by 36%, at the same time, the tensile strength increases by almost 30%. The technological basis for the production of VVKM thermal expansion graphite - carbon nanotubes without binders has been developed. It is shown that for the introduction samples 1% wt. CNT into natural graphite, subject to its joint and CNT anodic or chemical oxidation, results in an increase of ~ 18% in the tensile strength of rolled specimens from the obtained TGH by  11% and a shortness of 25%.
