The influence of spatial distribution of anthropogenic pollution on the quality of fishery products is investigated. This made it possible to plan the selection of areas intended for the development of promising aquaculture. The bioproductivity of fisheries water bodies has been evaluated taking into account the ecotope's recreational potential, the quality of the aquatic environment, the potential for aquaculture development, and the availability of an improved strategy for the development of the institutional environment and agrarian institutions in the context of sustainable development. The level of capitalization of local aquatic bioresources as a process of their conversion into added value - profit has been determined. A model of formation of an innovation-oriented fishery cluster of the region has been developed to implement innovative fisheries biotechnologies and increase the competitiveness of fishery products. The concept of sustainable use of aquatic bioresources of the Dnieper region was developed taking into account the recreational potential of ecotopes, the quality of the aquatic environment, the possibilities of aquaculture development and the possibilities of promotion of scientific and applied results to the world market.
