Lazaryan popup.description2  The result of the work is the improvement and implementation of a stand at the Dnieper Heat Repair Plant for testing of traction generators of the ГС-501A and ГС-515 locomotives 2TE116, TEM7. An upgrade of the existing remote and control circuit was developed and implemented by installing additional measuring instruments to remove the characteristics of the traction alternators. For this purpose it is proposed to supplement the design of the test stand with an additional control panel No. 2 with control and measuring devices, which allow to measure the current and voltage across the phases of the traction generator. Regulation of the excitation current of the generators GS-501A, GS-515, is achieved by the installation in the scheme of the controlled rectifier БВК-1012 with the control unit БA-520Б. Also, in the electrical scheme, we suggest to install six measuring transformers of current type ТЛШ-10УЗ, 10kV, 5000 / 5A for possible verification of uniform current distribution across the phases of the traction generator under load.
