Description

 According to the plan, an immunological study of adaptive immunity, cytokine status and non-specific factors of resistance of the organism was carried out in order to determine the most specific and sensitive for early diagnosis of septic conditions; study of stress-limiting systems of patients' body for sepsis with the aim of correction of the revealed disorders in the system of complex intensive care. Depending on the duration of diabetes, diabetic foot syndrome is found in 50-80% of patients. Of these, 30-70% have purulent-necrotic processes affecting all tissues of the foot, being the source of sepsis with a lethal result in 28-33% of observations. The occurrence of sepsis is possible in the presence of immunosuppression, which is one of the significant pathogenetic links. Permanent stimulation, pronounced cytokine imbalance directly affect the type and duration of the immune response, the development of an inflammatory response.
