Aim of work : creation of scientific approaches and making of practical recommendations in relation to providing of power necessities of cities of Ukraine due to the use of own secondary power resources, that it is possible to define a term about creation of "energyeffective city". The basic tasks of work from the social point of view are reductions of charges of cities of Ukraine on their енергозабезпечення with the simultaneous decision of question to the improvements of ecological situation of cities; from the scientific point of view is creation of methodology of management the use of енергоресурсів of cities, methods of improvement of functioning of the systems of centralized теплопостачання, development of going near the sequence of events in relation to енергозабезпечення, development and test of new or adaptation of existent technologies of енергозабезпечення of cities and industrial enterprises, development of research and practice recommendations in relation to the choice of the best well-known technologies of the use of all technically accessible resources taking into account financial viability.
