It is shown that the stability of liposomes from phospholipids of sunflower is associated with the presence of chlorogenic acid, which has antioxidant properties. For the model of Alzheimer's disease positive dynamics of anti-inflammatory effect of aqueous solution of curcumin in vitro at transcriptional and translational levels of cytokine formation by mononuclear cells were revealed, as well as its direct inhibitory effect on the level of endogenous Aβ40 under conditions of toxic action of exogenous Aβ42. According to the molecular docking and structural analysis of the complexes obtained, the most probable binding sites for curcumin derivatives are two β-tubulin surface sites, namely, a vinblastin binding site and a colchicine binding site.
