Atypical spectrum of amplification products with primers of the INDEL1 marker to the TDF_076_2D gene in the Polevyk variety was detected. Frequency of the allele of resistance to the marker of the gene of moderate resistance to fungi of the genus Fusarium TDF_076_2D ranged from 0.682 (in CII varieties) to 0.882 (in PDAA varieties). According to the Tsn1 toxin sensitivity gene, most varieties carry the insensitivity gene to this toxin. The frequency of the insensitivity allele varies from 0.600 (in IIP varieties) to 0.706 (in PDAA varieties). Comparison with the data for earlier cultivars showed a tendency to increase the proportion of varieties with allele insensitivity among IIP varieties. Molecular marker of the Tsc2 gene toxin sensitivity In the allele of insensitivity is prevalent in most groups of varieties, except for the MIP variety group, where its frequency is 0.400. Comparison with the samples analyzed earlier tends to reduce the frequency of the allure to the toxin B of the causative agent of yellow spot in the varieties of CII and MIP.
