Subject: informative-theoretical and organizational-methodical aspects of application of technological approach to methodological support (instrumentation) psychological maintenance of educational process participants in the activities of the specialists of the psychological service in the education system. The main goal of the research is to increase the effectiveness of psychological maintenance of educational process by introduction of algorithms of activity of employees of psychological services. Research methods: theoretical: theoretical analysis and synthesis; theoretical modeling of processes in the psychological service; analysis of trends and processes of personality development, what is happening in terms of educational activities of educational institutions; the analysis and generalization of the results of monitoring and experimental studies; theoretical generalization of psychological practice; building theoretical and organizational-methodical conditions improving the practical activity of specialists of the psychological service; empirical: questionnaires; oral interviews; conducting monitoring and screening; the study of methodological and reporting documentation of workers and psychological services; practical approbation of the developed methodological materials; conducting focus groups with specialists of the psychological service and leadership.
