Aim of the study: To improve the results of treatment of patients with different forms of coxarthrosis by the method of analysis of stress-deformed conditions of the hip joint in the presence of femoroacetabular conflict and when applying trabecular-bionic leg based on refinement of indications. Improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee by developing a new system of diagnosis and study of early clinical signs of the disease on a mathematical model of the knee joint with varying degrees of cartilage. They have mysterious points of view on the use of chondroprotectors and arthroscopic technologies. The issues of forecasting the results of operations for the repair of cartilage defects of the hip and knee joints have not been resolved. All this leads to a further study of thisproblem. It is necessary to find and develop new methods of diagnosis and treatment, as well as to choose the correct indications for the rational use of the already existing wide arsenal of conservative and surgical methods of treatment of osteoarthrosis of the hip and knee joints using the developed computer and mathematical models.
