Prognostic factors for improving the efficiency of assisted reproductive technologies (ART) in infertile patients have been identified. The role of comorbid conditions in the process of forming infertile marriage has been established to optimize measures to preserve the reproductive, somatic and psychosomatic health of women and their offsprings. Based on the application of molecular genetic studies, a system for diagnosing the reproductive health status of a married couple and selecting a rehabilitation scheme using the principles of predicative medicine were proposed.
