Calculation methods of thermomechanics, oscillation theory, thermal conductivity, optimization and methods of vibration diagnostics based on experimental studies are applied. The relevance of the work is due to the importance of comprehensive analysis of vibration-strength and resource performance of power machines and space rocket equipment, which corresponds to the current level of theoretical and experimental studies of thermomechanical and vibration processes in power machines, as well as the need to introduce vibration diagnostics. The relevance of this is exacerbated by the approach to the exhaustion of many power machines and the accumulation of irreversible deformations and damage to rocket and space equipment at multiple launches. New and improved methods of diagnostics of vibration strength and resource are created, qualitatively new results of researches in the field of thermal and vibration resistance of power engineering structures and durability and vibration processes of rocket and space equipment are used for diagnostics and prevention of emergency situations in power engineering machines and rocket and space technology. Using the results of the work will improve the quality and safety of operation of power machines, reduce vibration and increase the projected resource, to evaluate the real life durability of multiple-use rocket and space equipment.
