A prerequisite for effective realization of technology of biological protection of grain from harmful lepidopterans is the use of optimized methods for assessing the quality of target parasites – species of the genus Trichogramma (Trichogramma sp.) and Habrobracon hebetor Say., taking into account main criteria and characteristics of natural and industrial populations. One of main conditions for maintaining high level of physiological parameters of laboratory cultures of ectoparasite of Habrobracon hebetor Say. is realization of algorithm of directed adaptation to conditions of warehouses and certain complex of potential insect-hosts. Implementing receptions of resettlement of target species of parasites at adult stage involves involvement of technical solutions in the form of modules, which contributes to controlled transportation, release and limitation of negative impact on cultures. Efficiency from conducting releases of entomophages, using modern assortment of microbiological preparations of bacterial and fungal etiology was determined. The economic feasibility of realization of comprehensive technology of biological protection of grain against of phytophages of Lepidoptera, compared with chemical and physical receptions, was estimated.
