For the first time in Ukraine the flow of a tumor process in case of canine transmissible venereal sarcoma has been studied. It was researched the clinical features, morphological, biochemical and immunological parameters of the animal blood and also cytological, histological and immunohistochemical structure of malignant tumor. It was established that at the experimental modeling of the transmissible venereal sarcoma on puppies it is observed changes of the clinical condition of their organisms, morphological, biochemical and immunological blood parameters that are similar to the changes that observed at the tumor of spontaneous origin. In the places of injection of tumor cells suspension to puppies it is observed the appearance of inflammatory and neoplastic processes. For the first time in Ukraine it was used an immunohistochemical methods of the diagnostic of malignant tumors in animals. It was studied immunohistochemical characteristics of tumor cells, it was established that they have a vimentin marker. It was observed the positive local reaction on myogenin, cytokeratin, and negative – on CD31, SD34, S-100 protein and desmin. It was improved treatment regimens of the animals with malignant tumors. For the first time in Ukraine the positive results with animal recovery from chemotherapy treatment with the use of vincristine-doxorubicin-tymalin have been received. It was established that one of the key issues of oncology is the search of the mechanisms of influence on the malignant tumor through the immune system of the animal.
