 The object of study is investment activity in the real sector of the economy. The purpose of the research work is theoretical and practical substantiation of directions of improvement of the mechanism of providing the investment crediting of the enterprises focused on optimization of the structure of resources and ensuring their growth. Methods of work - monographic, comparison, analysis and synthesis, induction, deduction, graphic, design, design, chain substitutions, strategic analysis, formalization, analogy and others. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is to study the theoretical and practical principles of the investment activity of banks in the real sector of the economy and to substantiate the main directions of its improvement.
