Theoretical and methodological foundations are proposed and practical recommendations are developed to regulate the reserve requirement ratio in order to influence the dynamics of macroeconomic indicators. Theoretical and methodological principles have been proposed and practical recommendations have been developed to overcome the crisis situation of enterprises by lending credit resources. The model has been developed and the relationship between the financial depth of the economy and the level of economic growth of Ukraine has been estimated. The classification of debt financing instruments by tax consequences for business entities has been proposed. Practical recommendations on fiscal stimulation of the development of debt financing instruments of business entities have been developed.
