To perform this task, a series of laboratory prototypes of biosensor were developed based on immobilized lactate dehydrogenase and NAD+ . The method of immobilization and stabilization of lactate dehydrogenase and NAD + on the surface of a NADN-sensitive electrode by the crosslinking technique in a BSA gel was developed and optimized. Optimized biomatrix and its basic analytical characteristics are studied. It is established that the developed model of the biosensor allows to measure lactate in the concentration range of 1-8 mM with a sensitivity of 0.145 µA / mM and a detection limit of 50 µM. The influence of the interferences on the results of the measurement of lactate with the help of a laboratory model of the biosensor was studied. Biosensor design was optimized with additional membranes. It is shown that an additional polymeric membrane based on m-polyphenylenediamine significantly improves the selectivity of the biosensor. Optimized conditions for the determination of lactate using the developed biosensor (0.3 V, 0.1 M phosphate buffer, pH 7.5, 20 mm NAD +).
