This is a classic U-120 cyclotron accelerating fixed energy charged particle beams, namely protons - 6.8 MeV, deuterons - 13.6 MeV and alpha particles - 27.2 MeV and isochronous cyclotron U-240 with beams of the same accelerated light particles with regulated energy in 20-150 MeV range, as well as heavy ion beams such as carbon, nitrogen and others. And a rechargeable electrostatic generator ЕГП-10К , which accelerates protons and deuterons with a selected precision energy step in the range of 2 - 8 MeV. Due to the modern requirements of minimizing the time spent in carrying out basic research and applied works using the output beams, multi-detector, multi-parameter measuring techniques are created, all advantages of which require accurate determination of the parameters of the beams of accelerated, bombarding investigated targets, particles. These are energy, current, transverse current density, transverse and longitudinal dimensions, energy spectrum, emittance etc. and, most importantly, the representation of these parameters in numerical form and saving them in real time. Detectors differing not only from the physical principle of operation, but also from the degree of complexity and the method of data processing for their further use in automated accelerator control systems are used to obtain information about beam parameters. Just to create an overview of existing methods of controlling the parameters of charged particle beams of their measurement and digitization, and will be the first stage of implementation of this SRW (Scientifical Research Work), which is devoted to solving the problem of automation of accelerator control processes.
