Registration Date 13-03-2020 Organization STATE INSTITUTE "V.P. KOMISSARENKO INSTITUTE OF ENDOCRINOLOGY AND METABOLISM OF THE NATIONAL ACADEMY OF MEDICAL SCIENCE OF UKRAINE" popup.description2  Object of investigation: Children and adolescents positive for the presence of the diabetes-associated autoantibodies. The method is aimed on determining a type 1 diabetes clinical debute timing in children and adolescents with burdened heredity with different prognostic latent period of disease forming. Methods : general clinical, hormonal, statistical. Results : The task includes an immunological study of the diabetes-associated autoantibodies (DAAb) titer in the patient's blood, namely the protein tyrosine phosphatase autoantibodies (IA-2A), glutamate acid decarboxylase (GADA) that will allow for reliable determining a DM1 clinical debute and will provide an opportunity to timely carry out the necessary therapeutic measures and prevent urgent hospitalization of the patient. When simultaneously determining elevated values of IA-2A (7.57 ± 1.14 U / ml) and GADA (14.89 ± 2.44 U / ml) titers, the early stage of preclinical development of the disease is identified, simultaneously increased titers of IA-2A (19.11 ± 2.48 U / ml) and GADA (18.09 ± 2.71 U / ml) indicate a late stage with a duration of these stages up to three years; the duration of the stages from three to five years is established by simultaneous increase of the IA-2A (5.75 ± 1.06 U / ml) and GADA (10.40 ± 1.74 U / ml) titers, early and late stages with IA-2A (9.81 ± 2.17 U / ml) and GADA (11.71 ± 3.84 U / ml); simultaneously increased titers of IA-2A (4.30 ± 1.48 U / ml) and GADA (3.84 ± 1.13 U / ml) indicate an early stage, and titers of IA-2A (7.79 ± 3.47 U / ml) and GADA (6.32 ± 1.34 U / ml) - the late stage with a duration of DM1 more than five years. And simultaneously increased titers of IA-2A (ІА-2А (3,20±1,13 U/ml) і GADA (2,46±1,21 U/ml) indicate the early stage, а titers ІА-2А (5,49±3,03 U/ml)і GADA (4,93±1,76 U/ml)- the late stages with a duration of DM1 more than ten years.
