The subject of the study is the theoretical foundations and practical recommendations for the formation of enterprise development strategies, as well as methods of strategic management. The purpose of the work is to justify methodological support for the formation of a general economic strategy for the development of the enterprise and the development of practical proposals for its implementation in the conditions of transformation. The following research methods were used - logical generalization, theoretical generalization, comparative analysis method, system analysis, abstracting, analogy, comparison, analysis and synthesis, expert methods. As part of the research work, theoretical approaches to the formation of enterprise strategies in transformational conditions were generalized; development of product strategies of enterprises in modern conditions; reasonably determining the factors of influence on the processes of formation of enterprise development strategies in modern transformational conditions; the degree of influence of factors on the formation of enterprise development strategies, in particular TUBNY Zavod LLC; the methodical approach of defining the priority areas for the formation of development strategies, in particular TUBNY Zavod LLC, is substantiated; substantiated methodological support for the formation of an attractive image of the enterprise as an indispensable component of the development strategy in modern transformational conditions, and the image of TUBNY Zavod LLC was evaluated as a strategic characteristic in comparison with competitors. The main results of the study are implemented in the educational process of Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics and introduced into the activities of LLC TUBNY ZAVOD.
