Research results and novelty: for the first time: theoretical and methodological foundations of public policy in the sphere of religion as a factor of consolidation of the Ukrainian society are substantiated; a comprehensive mechanism for developing and implementing public policy in the sphere of religion under conditions of European integration of Ukraine, priority directions of alignment of the state legislation and its public policy in the sphere of religion with the European standards is determined; improved: elaboration of legal framework on the problems public policy in the sphere of religion in Ukraine; methodological approaches to the study of the world experience in public policy in the sphere of religion and, on the basis of comparing it with relevant national practices, assessing the possibility of its use in the system of state-confessional relations in Ukraine; conceptual and categorical apparatus of the field of science «Public Administration», in particular through a) deepening understanding of the concept of «sphere of religion»; b) clarification of the interconnection between the concepts of «public policy in the sphere of religion» and «state-church relations»; got further development: analysis of historical models of state-church relations as an object of managerial influence of the Ukrainian state, identification of (de)stabilizing role of inter-confessional relations in the state-building process; consideration of models of partnership interaction between the state institutions and religious organizations in the practice of the Ukrainian state; developing conceptual model of public administration in the system of state-chur Product Description popup.authors Lutsenko Viktoriia V.
