The object of the project is 3-mm magnetron. Methods and equipment - new physical models, calculation techniques and software developed by contractors have been used to production of units for 3-mm magnetrons. For the manufacture and testing of units for 3-mm magnetrons, the equipment developed by contractors was used. Results and scientific novelty - 3-mm magnetron assemblies were manufactured. The vacuum lamp uses a new type anode block with lamellae made of metamaterial with close to zero dielectric constant. This quality is achieved by cutting holes in the holes of a special shape. As computer simulation shows, magnetrons with such anode blocks will have a higher output power level by reducing ohmic losses in the deceleration system. There are no domestic and foreign analogues of such technical solution. Field of use - radio engineering, electronic vacuum tubes, radars.
