The paper investigates the formulation of the concept of innovative development of the enterprise; research of factors of innovative development and modeling of their influence on activity of the enterprise; development of a model of innovative development of high-tech aviation enterprises of Ukraine; formulation of a strategy of innovative development of high-tech aviation enterprises; implementation of innovative development strategy at high-tech industrial enterprises. In accordance with the stated goal, the following tasks were solved in the research work: the peculiarities of innovative development of high-tech enterprises were determined, the factors of development of high-tech enterprises of Ukraine were investigated and their impact on the level of innovation activity in the country as a whole was modeled; the concept of innovative development of high-tech enterprises in the conditions of digitalization of economic processes has been formed; methodological approaches to forming the strategy of innovative development of enterprises are defined, methodical approaches to managing the development of high-tech enterprises are improved; practical recommendations for managing the development of high-tech industrial enterprises in modern conditions are developed. The practical significance of the obtained results is that the basic provisions of the research work are brought to the level of specific methodological recommendations and practical decisions on managing innovative development of high-tech enterprises on the basis of modulation of economic processes. According to the results of the research, 4 collective monographs, 41 scientific articles were prepared, 5 of which in 38 Scopuc and Web of science editions, 38 abstracts at scientific and practical conferences.
