 ABSTRACT Research Report: 245 pages, 55 figures, 41 tables, 197 sources. Research Object: Quality Management Processes in Systemic Imbalances. The purpose of the research is to study the principles and methods of quality management of development in conditions of systemic imbalances. Research Methods: The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the work of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of management theory, crisis theory, quality control of development and quality management. The study used a set of general scientific and applied methods, namely: the method of economic and mathematical modeling, statistical and morphological analysis, dialectical cognition, deduction and induction, situational, systemic, synergistic and hierarchical approach. The result of the work is the improvement of the quality management mechanism for the development of industrial enterprises under conditions of systemic imbalances. The novelty of the results of the work: the development of theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for the formation of quality management system for the development of industrial enterprises in the context of systemic imbalances. Relationships with other papers: Some results were reported at scientific conferences, published in scientific journals. Estimated assumptions about the development of the object of study: a further study of methodological approaches to quality management of enterprise development in conditions of systemic imbalances.
