The result of the work is the development of theoretical approaches to the improvement of strategic directions of Ukraine's policy in the context of globalization, taking into account the civilizational approach. The novelty of the results of the work: is to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations of the modernization of political processes in the conditions of hybrid war in the context of civilization approach. Relationships with other papers: Some results were reported at scientific conferences, published in scientific publications. Recommendations on the use of the results of the work: on the basis of the conducted research, recommendations were given to public authorities and local self-government bodies on the modernization of socio-political processes. New training courses have been introduced at the university to train doctors of philosophy.
