The specific application task is to solve the practical problem of justifying the possibility of introducing paid donation of blood and its components, since this does not contradict the requirements of EU legislation and therefore does not lead to a conflict between the provisions of Ukrainian and EU legislation. Introduction of paid blood donation and its components in the conditions of existence of a real deficit of voluntary free donation is a socially justified step in the conditions of continued military aggression of Russia against Ukraine.
