The purpose of the work is to create the concept of personality development within the Psychology of time through theoretical analysis and empirical justification of the determinants of personality development on the life path. The study was conducted within the methodology of Psychology using theoretical and empirical research methods. The research was conducted in several main directions: formation and development of the national scientific school of Psychology of time; components of the structure of self-consciousness in temporal representations at different stages of the individual's life path; a sense of coherence as a key concept of the concept of salutogenesis; a connection between time perspective and a sense of personality coherence. Within the scientific theme of the department, 46 scientific articles, 33 educational and methodical manuals were published, 10 candidate theses were defended, specialty 19.00.01 - general psychology, history of psychology. Research materials are embodied in the educational process - general and special courses in Psychology.
