The object of research is the process of regional development under decentralized management. The purpose of the research work is to substantiate theoretical and methodological foundations and scientific and practical recommendations on the formation and implementation of an effective anti-crisis management mechanism to ensure the economic development of regions in terms of decentralized management. The theoretical basis for the study of the economic development of regions in the conditions of decentralization has been developed. The scientific and methodological approach to the assessment of the level of economic security of the regions as an element of crisis management has been clarified. The current state is analyzed and trends of economic development of regions are revealed. Elements of the model of anti-crisis management of regional economic development in the aspect of ensuring the economic security of the national economy are proposed. Scientific novelty is defined conditions of development of regional socio-economic systems by different approaches of research: marketing aspect, logistic aspect, from the standpoint of ensuring economic security of national economy and sustainable development, sectoral aspect, etc. The practical value of the work. The practical significance of the obtained results is that theoretical and methodological provisions, conclusions and recommendations can be used in the implementation of measures to create systemic and complex conditions for economic development of regions in the conditions of decentralized management and to become a scientific basis for improving the level of economic security of the national economy of Ukraine. The results of the research were published in 33 scientific articles (including 3 in journals included in WoS and / or Scopus scientific metric databases), 25 scientific conferences, 1 monograph and 3 sections of the monograph.
