The object of research is the processes of intellectualization of activity in the conditions of innovative development of enterprises. The purpose of the research is to solve the applied problem - to find ways to intellectualize the activity of enterprises in the conditions of innovative development and to further develop theoretical ideas about the intellectualization of enterprises, identify and systematize the tendencies of their innovative development under the growing influence of the factor of "intellectualization". The methodology of intellectualization is developed, the key element of which is the matrix system of economic evaluation indicators of quantitative and qualitative levels of intellectualization, as well as indicators of the degree of compliance of the goals of the enterprise and the results of transformation of intellectualization of activity in innovative development; the model of dialectical communication of elements of innovative space is developed; substantive temporal characteristics of the innovation economy; schemes of aggregation of elements of innovative space with approaches to their definition and conceptual structures of management are offered. The scientific novelty is the theoretical substantiation and practical testing of the methodological toolkit of intellectualization of activity in the conditions of innovative development of enterprises. The practical value of the work. The practical provisions obtained from the results of the research state budget theme are able to influence the effective activity of enterprises, contributing to the realization of their strategic interests in the field of innovative development by: integrating the management of the development of intellectualization of activity in the system of innovation management of the enterprise; formation of the mechanism of innovative development of the enterprise and implemented in the practice of domestic enterprises.
