The object of research of the GDR is the processes of innovative development of enterprises in the conditions of post-industrial transformation of the economy. The purpose of the research work is to substantiate the methodology and to develop scientific and methodological approaches to the formation of mechanisms for activation of innovative development at all levels of the organization of the economic system. Theoretical and methodological foundations of research of development of innovative potential of enterprises are developed. The algorithm of implementation of the innovative project at the enterprise is developed. The scheme of research of development of innovative potential by means of the international ratings is offered. A 3D model of the innovation process is proposed. The scientific novelty is the theoretical substantiation and practical testing of the methodological tools of innovative development of enterprises in the conditions of post-industrial transformation of the economy. The practical value of the work. The practical results of the conducted research are that the substantiated scientific provisions are brought to the level of methodological generalizations and applied tools, whose action is aimed at ensuring the effective flow of innovative processes in the conditions of economic transformation.
