 The report summarizes the results of the study. The purpose of the research is the scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological approaches to the organizational and economic foundations of the agricultural insurance market formation and functioning. The tasks are aimed at: substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations of agrarian insurance market functioning, taking into account conceptual provisions, principles and priorities of development under conditions of agricultural production riskiness; defining the basic conditions for the formation of the institutional environment based on the coordination of formal and informal institutions, as well as the interaction of structural and infrastructure participants in the agricultural insurance market; implementation of methodological substantiation of possibilities to provide institutional transformations for systematic strengthening of agricultural producers insurance protection with the use of various agricultural insurance instruments; substantiation of the basic approaches to the reconciliation of the market stakeholders’ insurance interests as a determining condition for their interaction regarding the distribution (redistribution) of risks and responsibilities in space and time; substantiation of the usage sequence of the marketing complex with the allocation of its constituent elements, namely product, price, marketing, information and communication policy in the agrarian insurance market; a conceptual approach introduction to managing business processes, taking into account the activation possibilities of participants’ business activity at the agrarian insurance market; proposals for modernization and implementation development of strategic guidelines for the agrarian insurance development in Ukraine and disclosing the formation processes of relations between direct and indirect participants of the agrarian insurance market on the public-private partnership basis.
