The analysis of the European legislation on the national peculiarities of the functioning of the system of regular monitoring of the technical condition of equipment for the use of pesticides in use and the possibility of introduction into a similar system in Ukraine. A draft national regulatory framework in the field of regular monitoring of the technical condition of sprayers in Ukraine has been developed. On the basis of Annex II of Directive 2009/128 / EC and the standards of DSTU EN-ISO16122-1 and DSTU EN-ISO16122-2, draft regulatory and methodological documents were developed regarding the functioning of the system for regular monitoring of the technical condition of pesticide application equipment, in particular: equipment inspection provisions for application of plant protection products, technical requirements for used sprayers, instructions for checking the technical condition of equipment for use of plant protection products used and requirements for industrial sweat tions companies sprayers inspection equipment and qualification requirements for personnel. Based on the analysis of EU Member States' national action plans and on the basis of Article 8 and Annex II of Directive 2009/128 / EC, a draft national action plan has been developed to introduce regular monitoring of the technical condition of sprayers in Ukraine.
