Hereditary BRCA1 mutations were found to be diagnosed in 12.7 ± 1.62% of patients with serous ovarian cancer, and BRCA2 mutations were not diagnosed. ESGO (2017) algorithm for screening patients with serous ovarian cancer for neoadjuvant polychemotherapy using diagnostic laparoscopy and tumor biopsy has been implemented. Personalized therapies for the treatment of patients with serous ovarian cancer have been developed, taking into account BRCA status. The incidence of complete responses to non-adjuvant platinum chemotherapy was higher in patients with BRCA1 mutations (34% vs 4%, p <0.001). Increased body temperature and the effect of cisplatin during HIPEC (HIPEC performed in 19 patients, PCI - 17) were accompanied by increased metabolic acidosis (mean blood pH of 7.29 ± 0.06). The protocol of support therapy after cytoreductive surgery in patients with disseminated serous ovarian cancer was optimized. Product Description popup.authors Iegorov Mykhailo Yu.
