The purpose of the work is to develop basic criteria for screening for cervical, breast, colorectal cancer in Ukraine. International screening experience has been studied and it has been found that from a medical, social and economic point of view, it is appropriate to include breast, cervical and colorectal cancer in screening programs. The epidemiological situation in Ukraine is characterized by a 10.3% increase in the incidence rate over the 10 years and a 9.8% decrease in the mortality rate. It is established that in the abandoned stage of malignant neoplasms 41.5% of primary patients with CRC, 24.4% in RGZ and 22.8% in RCT are detected. Special treatment covers 84.2% of patients with CRC, 84.9% of patients with RWD and 84.9% of patients with MS with slight fluctuations in the regions of Ukraine. The study of trends in the dynamics of the incidence of STI in the population of women of working age in 2006-2016 showed a slight decrease in the contribution of this population to the overall incidence, both by specific weight and by a standardized incidence rate. In the age groups of 40-44 and 45-49 years with the highest age levels of the incidence of the incidence of 6.2-13.9%, and the trend of increasing the contribution is detected only in the older age group 55-59 years. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of screening programs and to take into account WHO's recommendations to involve the cancer registry in this procedure, appropriate indicators for monitoring the effectiveness of population-based screening of evidence-based medicine have been proposed.
