The complex of methods of radiation research methods (MSCT, MRI, ultrasound) is included in the research complex. In total, 1654 studies (680 MRI, 629 ultrasound, 345 CT) were performed during the research period. The main radial signs of tumors of the indicated localization and changes in semiotics during the treatment period were clarified and systematized. The role and place of each radiation method, the sequence and the feasibility of their implementation, depending on the type of treatment, are determined. In order to improve the diagnostic efficiency, the results of the conducted radiation methods were compared with the data of morphological studies and the dynamics were evaluated. The results obtained confirm the feasibility of using a complex of radiation methods of research aimed at determining the main radiation characteristics, changes of diagnostic images during the treatment period. The results of the conducted researches allowed to determine the informativeness of the applied diagnostic methods, their diagnostic accuracy, specificity and sensitivity in patients with malignant neoplasms of the pelvic organs. Based on the results of the applied ray research methods, diagnostic algorithms were developed and put into practice.
