The purpose of the study is to create compositions based on environmentally safe surfactants for use in the production process of wet cleaning of car interiors. Research methods – the study was performed on the basis of physicochemical and mathematical approaches; direct measurements, direct measurement methods, and a differentiated parameter control method were used during the experiments. The scientific novelty of the obtained results: for the first time, the molecular composition of the micelles X1m and the interaction parameter in mixed micelles βm are determined, the regularities of the process of intermolecular interaction in solutions of ecosystems are established on the basis of the theory of regular solutions and the model of pseudo-phase separation; for the first time, binary compositions based on ecological surfactants with synergistic effect in micelles formation, which may be influenced by a steric factor associated with the advantageous nature of packaging of biochemical molecules in mixed micelles; regularities of changes in the properties of compositions at different concentrations of solutions are established. The quantitative indices of the effectiveness of the developed compositions, their influence on technological properties and specific purpose are determined; the mathematical models is developed and the optimal parameters of the process of aqueous cleaning, which is characterized by the maximum removal of contaminations from car interior. It has been ascertained that application of the elaborated composition compounds for wet cleaning of car interiors enables to attain high-quality cleaning of car interiors with the simultaneous gaining of antistatic and dirt removing properties by goods as well as to pass to resource saving technologies, to decrease energy expenses, to improve ecological safety of the process.
