The aim of the study is to improve and develop methodology and interdisciplinary methodical tools for solving economic and social problems in order to ensure the stability of the state's development. Research methods - a systematic approach, the dialectical method of scientific knowledge; modern mathematical methods, information technologies and systems in the banking sector, e-commerce, management of financial institutions; modern concepts of software development and modeling, business processes; legislative and regulatory documents of the National Bank of Ukraine, instructions of banks, scientific works of domestic and foreign experts. In the paper it was analyzed the development trends of modern banking technologies, estimated the impact of innovative technologies on the banking services market of Ukraine, developed information models of an automated system for detecting signs of fraud in banks, prototyped of an automated banking monitoring system, analyzed the current state of development of the e-commerce market in Ukraine, estimated the trends in the development of telecommunication technologies, investigated the impact of the country's economic development on its information management, analyzed modern information technologies in the management of financial institutions, data transfer and storage technologies, data analysis based on Kohonen maps.
