The scientific data that in CАD patients the reduction of the thyroid function is accompanied by a structural reconstruction of the heart as increased end-diastolic pressure, growth of the myocardium mass and rigidity indexes, a significant decrease in the left ventricle global systolic function and presence of diastolic dysfunction by the type of relaxation disturbance was supplemented. The scientific evidence that patients with CAD combined with hypothyroidism have a significantly higher activity of systemic inflammation and the severity of endothelial dysfunction was deepened.
