The scientific data that in CАD patients the reduction of the thyroid function is accompanied by a structural reconstruction of the heart as increased end-diastolic pressure, growth of the myocardium mass and rigidity indexes, a significant decrease in the left ventricle global systolic function and presence of diastolic dysfunction by the type of relaxation disturbance was supplemented. The scientific evidence that patients with CAD combined with hypothyroidism have a significantly higher activity of systemic inflammation and the severity of endothelial dysfunction was deepened. For the first time, on the basis of correlation and regression analysis, a cognitive model of dependence between the investigated indicators was developed, in which the level of free T4 acted as a connecting link. It was first time established that the use of quercetin on the background of basic therapy in patients with CAD and hypothyroidism is accompanied by a possible improvement in left ventricular diastolic function, decrease in myocardial ischemia and arrhythmic complications, decrease in systemic inflammatory activity and endothelial dysfunction manifestations. Based on the integrated study results, for the first time new scientific data on the relationship between adipocytokines imbalance, intensification of systemic inflammation, endothelial dysfunction and insulin resistance was obtained, their pathogenic role in the progression of cardiovascular remodeling, ischemic, arrhythmic and vegetative changes in patients with coronary artery disease, combined with nonalcoholic fat liver disease (NAF Product Description popup.authors Grytsay Ganna V Kulynych Tamila O Lisova Oksana O Miniailenko Liubov Ye Oliynyk Tetiana V Stetsiuk Iryna O Shershnova Оksana V popup.nrat_date 2020-07-03 Close
