Description

 The objects of psychological research in the course of forensic psychological examination of emotional states of stress and frustration are a person as a person, a set of sources of information (case files, other documents, results of expert examination, etc.), reflecting information about a person's mental activity in the circumstances of the case being in conducting pre-trial or court investigations. The purpose of the work is to develop a methodology for expert psychologists to improve the organizational foundations of forensic psychological examination of emotional states of stress and frustration. Theoretical and Practical Results - Theoretical aspects of forensic psychological examination of emotional states of stress and frustration are considered, the problem and subject matter are identified, the algorithms of the expert's actions and the criteria of evaluation of the research results are developed. Novelty - for the first time in the National Academy of Science of Ukraine the methodology of psychological research of emotional states of stress and frustration was created.
