The purpose of the work is to increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with malignant tumors of the chest cavity by developing new approaches and methods of treatment. New approaches and methods of treatment of patients with malignant tumors of the chest cavity have been developed. In particular: methods of treatment of patients with metastases of kidney cancer in the lung and metastases of colorectal cancer in the lung with the use of dendritic cell auto-vaccine, prognostic medical and biological factors were studied with the purpose of personification of treatment in patients with esophageal cancer, a new method of surgical treatment of patients with esophagus was developed. All these developed and improved approaches, methods and techniques have shown good tolerability and satisfactory immediate results. According to the developed new approaches, methods and methods, 40 patients with malignant tumors of the chest cavity and 40 patients according to traditional standard methods (control groups) were treated. The first results of using these methods proved their safety and prospect.
