The purpose of the work is to create normatively substantiated methodological recommendations for the performance of land-technical expertise on issues related to the study of the actual order of land use and the establishment of violations of land boundaries. Research methods - analysis, comparison, synthesis, generalization of expert practice and regulatory documents. Scientific development: - analyzed the legislative and regulatory acts regulating land relations, land management measures, topographic-geodetic and cartographic activities; - generalized methodological approaches to addressing issues related to land use technical examination and establishing violations of their boundaries; - Examples of cartographic materials, compiled on the results of completed topographic and geodetic works, and conclusions of forensic land-technical expertise regarding violation of land boundaries are given. It is proposed to use the results of the R&D in expert practice as a methodological recommendation when conducting judicial land-technical examinations related to studies of the actual order of use of the land plot and establishment of violations of land boundaries.
