Children who received treatment with a broad-spectrum antibiotic, ceftriaxone, have blood changes in the direction of its hypocoagulation according to prothrombin complex (PC) data, as well as an increase in the concentration of Glu-prothrombin - PIVKA-II in blood serum, which indicates the development of latent acquired antibiotic-associatedhypovitaminosis K. It is established that the use of probiotic spores B.Clausii in the amount of 2x109CFU per day for 10 days to breast-fed children results in the normalization of the PC parameters which were changed against the background of antibiotic therapy, such asQuick PT. The data concerning the fact that in breast-fed babies of the first 6 months of life receiving or refusing prophylactic administration of vitamin K after birth results in PK and PIVKA-IIparameters change are deepened. Questionnaire shows the state of insufficient supply of daily rations with phylloquinone in the vast majority (86%) of lactating women. The necessity of adhering to the practice of preventive management of phylloquinone immediately after birth is grounded. It was proposed in order to identify abnormalities in the coagulation system in full-term infants from 1 to 6 months of age who are exclusively breast-fed, to determine the parameters of the prothrombin test (Quick PT, PTV, INR), as well as the level of PIVKA-II. Recommendations are made regarding the daily nutrition of lactating women with the inclusion of dark green leafy vegetables in order to eliminate nutritional deficiency of vitamin K. Method for preventing coagulopathy of babiesassociated with the use of antibiotics using spores of the probiotic microorganism Bacillus clausii with the ability to restore the content of prothrombin in plasma has been developed and introduced into Product Description popup.authors Solianyk Oleksandra V popup.nrat_date 2020-07-03 Close
