The object of research is the process of predicting the impact of digital assets on the socioeconomic development of the enterprise. The purpose of the work is to develop a theoretical and methodological basis, methodological approaches and practical recommendations for predicting the impact of digital assets on the socioeconomic development of the enterprise. Research methods – deduction and induction, analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization, systematization and interpretation of results, structural-logical analysis, cluster analysis, method of constructing canonical correlations. The phenomenon of socioeconomic development was considered; the peculiarities of the socio-cultural context that form the understanding of this phenomenon were studied; the impact of modern information technologies, which significantly change the models and ways of doing business, was determined. The essence of the concept of "digital asset" was investigated on the basis of etymological analysis. The proposed concept takes into account the essential and semantic features of the studied phenomenon; characterized by four components: economic, legal, informational, value. The essence of predicting socioeconomic development from the impact of digital assets in the conditions of antimonopolization of the economy was investigated. The principles of construction of antitrust regulation of economy in the conditions of digitalization of economy were defined. The components of organizational and methodological bases of the process of predicting antitrust regulation of the economy in the conditions of digitalization of the economy were determined.
